About the role

As the Director, Payer Go-To-Market (GTM), you will lead the strategic direction and execution of payer marketing initiatives. This includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance payer relationships, driving market access, and ensuring alignment with payer goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the payer marketing budget and overseeing the execution of payer marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute payer marketing strategies that align with business objectives and payer needs.
  • Manage payer relationships, including regular meetings and communication to ensure alignment and mutual success.
  • Drive market access initiatives through effective communication and collaboration with payers.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of payer marketing campaigns, including creative content, messaging, and distribution channels.
  • Manage the payer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payer marketing efforts support broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare payer marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful payer marketing campaigns and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing budgets and overseeing campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and payer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with payers and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience with payer marketing software and tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and payer compliance requirements.
  • Experience with payer negotiation and contract management.
