About the role
The Director of Partnership Success will lead the strategic partnerships that drive customer success. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new partnership opportunities
- Manage and maintain existing partnerships to ensure mutual success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
- Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a B2B environment
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
