About the role

The Director of Partnership Success will lead the strategic partnerships that drive customer success. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new partnership opportunities
  • Manage and maintain existing partnerships to ensure mutual success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
