Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual-first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.

About the Role

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Director of Partner Success to drive client engagement and growth within the Partner Success Department. This leader will manage a geographic region of health plans, focusing on client retention, satisfaction, contractual performance, account expansion, and scaling for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth, health, and success of Imagine Pediatrics client partnerships in a dedicated region.
  • Develop a cross-company Strategic Account Plan for key client partnerships, outlining strategic objectives, actions, and expected results.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting partner relationships as the ongoing point of contact for client partners.
  • Track and manage contractual requirements to ensure deliverables and reporting are timely and accurate.
  • Collaborate with market teams to lead Joint Operating Committee meetings.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in collaboration with business development.
  • Partner with the VP of Partner Success to build an oversight model for managing multiple plans within a region at scale.
  • Develop and deliver a roadmap of tools and processes to support strong, scalable client delivery (e.g., Strategic Account Plan templates).
  • Supervise manager and associate-level team members as the team grows.
  • Drive resolution of client escalations and coordinate with internal resources to deliver solutions.
  • Champion clients’ needs and represent their interests in critical issue resolution.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met with quality and excellence.
  • Communicate the progress of strategic initiatives clearly, both internally and externally.
  • Provide input to the product and solution development process as the “voice of the customer.”

Requirements

  • Passion and commitment to reimagining pediatric healthcare and supporting children with complex medical conditions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a dedication to serving children and their families.
  • Functional experience with client-facing teams and responsibility for driving business results.
  • A “commercial mindset” to help the company meet its high-growth goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling teams, and supporting growth within the team.
  • Ability to make clear, strategic decisions quickly while managing multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with a focus on value-based care and Medicaid health plans.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or client success role, preferably with health plan clients.
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $160,000 - $190,000, plus annual bonus incentive.
  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA; company-funded HSA.
  • 401(k) with 4% match, vested 100% from day one.
  • Employer-paid short- and long-term disability.
  • Life insurance at 1x annual salary.
  • 20 days PTO + 10 company holidays & 2 floating holidays.
  • Paid new parent leave.
  • Eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).

Our Values

  • Children First: We put the best interests of children above all, ensuring decisions create more safe days at home for the children we serve.
  • Earn Trust: We listen first, speak second, and build lasting relationships through shared understanding and consistent follow-through.
  • Innovate Today: We believe small improvements lead to big impact, staying curious and leveraging new ideas to learn and scale.
