Overview

The Paid Social Director is responsible for leading a team of Paid Social specialists for a client or group of brands. They oversee the planning, development, and management of paid social strategy and campaigns across assigned brands/clients. They work closely with the media and platform activation teams to maintain campaign quality and drive performance against client goals. The Director ensures strong vendor partner relationships and communicates platform changes and best practices to clients. They assist in staffing, revenue projections, Points-of-View, and process development.

Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape
  • Extensive knowledge of the role of social as part of a holistic media plan including strengths and weaknesses of a variety of media channels
  • Expert-level understanding of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, chart building) and PowerPoint functions
  • Mastery of native social buying platforms
  • Mastery of Meta Pixel and other technical paid social platform solutions
  • Stays on the forefront of paid social product offerings, vets and oversees implementation as appropriate
  • Understands and manages scope of work and flags scope creep on assigned accounts
  • Provides consistent team leadership, driving team education and goals-setting
  • Key point of contact and primary social escalations-point for assigned client(s)

Qualifications

  • Exhibits integrity and trust
  • Adherence to agency procedures and processes
  • 9 years biddable paid social media campaign management experience
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Meta Blueprint Certification desired
  • Healthcare industry knowledge a plus

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $139,965.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
