Director, Out of Home

Responsibilities

• Bring it all together with the direct link between clients, teams, and the evolving marketplace.
• Interact regularly with clients to understand their needs and help them reach their target market, driving business growth.
• Collaborate with planning Directors and Leads in all Agency Pillars to brainstorm for increased innovation in client communication and productivity.
• Prepare semi-annual state of industry reports.
• Develop and monitor CPMs provided to Strategy to ensure accuracy based on Client savings guarantees, marketplace trends, and Agency Deals.
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports that includes Buyers and Client Leads, maintaining workload and delegating tasks effectively.
• Solutions-oriented: collaborate with your IC Lead, team, and client to develop innovative, well-targeted investment solutions.
• Encourage your team to think of all possibilities and produce alternative media solutions to problems.
• Advocate for multicultural and diversity inclusion through Investments.
• Champion the 4As Fair Play Charter and all other diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in OOH.
• Proven leadership with authority and fostering respect in leading a team in day-to-day media management.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite (specific attention to Excel and PPT).
• Experience with various media platforms such as Media Ocean (Spectra OX & Prisma) & MediaX.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, staff, and vendor partners.
• A history of strategizing and negotiating to get the job done right.
• Ability to deliver polished presentations.

• The pay range for this position is USD $121,315.00 - USD $185,920.00 annually.
• Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in the Company's freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
• Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in the Company's 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
• For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.

Pay

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $185,920.00/Annually.
