Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives for Growth Channels
- Execute comprehensive Omnichannel business plans with cross-functional teams
- Drive activation of MDLZ brands at priority customer channels
- Partner with retailers to enhance digital commerce capabilities
- Manage teams, agencies, and stakeholders for successful program execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing
- E-commerce, shopper, trade, or brand marketing expertise
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred) with strong business acumen
- Proven success in cross-functional leadership and organizational alignment
- Proficiency in digital commerce metrics and decision-making
- Comfort in ambiguous roles that evolve with business needs
