Director of Treatment Center Training and Development

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured onboarding and 2–4 weeks of hands-on, on-site training for all new TCDs.
• Provide ongoing leadership coaching to improve performance and strengthen program operations.
• Develop and maintain training toolkits, SOPs, and census-building playbooks for consistent onboarding.
• Partner with regional leadership to assess needs, create action plans, and track progress.
• Host recurring virtual sessions and workshops to promote continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership or training experience.
• Strong knowledge of census growth strategies, admissions workflows, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (SAMMS a plus).
• Ability to travel 50–70% nationally.
