This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Leads development of treasury strategies supporting financial and regulatory goals
- Directs treasury operations, including liquidity and cash management
- Oversees management of the debt portfolio and ensures favorable funding conditions
- Provides strategic leadership for capital structure and debt management activities
- Develops the annual treasury budget and contributes to multi-year financial forecasts
- Represents the Institute in treasury matters with external stakeholders
- Supervises and mentors treasury staff, fostering professional growth
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration required
- 8+ years of experience in a financial or related field
- 5 years of management experience in treasury management
- 5 years of increasing responsibility across all treasury functions
- Experience in treasury management within a not-for-profit institution preferred
Pay
$188,500 – $207,400 annually
