Director of Treasury

About the role

The Director, Treasury role is a key corporate leader within Rosendin, a leading electrical contractor. This position oversees the investment strategy and asset allocation, ensuring financial investments support long-term stability and strategic expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) strategy.
• Identify and vet external fund managers through deep-dive audits on their track records, investment philosophies, and operational risks.
• Analyze portfolio performance using metrics like Sharpe ratios, Alpha/Beta, and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Interpret global economic shifts and adjust the portfolio accordingly.
• Ensure all investment activities comply with regulatory standards and lead Investment Committee meetings.

Requirements

• CFA designation required; CPA or CAIA is a strong plus.
• Expert proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, Morningstar Direct, or FactSet for real-time market data and analytics.
• Ability to build complex valuation models and stress-test portfolios against various economic scenarios.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in institutional investing, buy-side research, or portfolio management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, Master’s in Finance or Economics) preferred.

Skills

• Expertise in Bloomberg Terminal, Morningstar Direct, or FactSet.
• Ability to build complex valuation models and stress-test portfolios.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.

Pay

$207,900.00 - $272,800.00 annually.

Schedule

General work environment with occasional travel up to 20%.

Working Conditions

• Sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
• Varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
• Nearby noise levels can be low to medium, occasionally loud on the jobsite.
• Work conducted primarily indoors.
• Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
