Responsibilities
- Build and scale the recruiting function to meet hiring goals across all departments
- Establish clear hiring targets and track progress using actionable data
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent
- Audit and enhance interview processes for consistency and efficiency
- Lead executive searches and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent
- Develop collaborative partnerships with recruiting agencies to align with company culture
- Monitor talent market trends and ensure brand alignment with high-caliber candidates
Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years leading in-house teams in high-growth startups
- Strong strategic and operational thinking with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven success in designing and delivering hiring strategies for fast-scaling SaaS companies
- Deep knowledge of recruiting metrics, ATS systems, and process improvement through data analysis
- Experience filling executive-level and C-suite positions
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Willing to work in-person at the Manhattan office five days a week

$200,000 – $275,000 annually
