What You'll Own
- Design and lead a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned to business priorities
- Build scalable onboarding, leadership development, and manager capability programs
- Advance our existing competency frameworks and enable career progression
- Own and optimize learning and talent systems (LMS, performance platforms, engagement tools)
- Culture & Employee Experience
- Lead engagement survey strategy, insights, and action planning
- Translate employee feedback into measurable improvements
- Strengthen a culture rooted in agility, ambition, collaboration, innovation, trust, and respect
- Talent Acquisition
- Own and evolve Spindrift's Talent Acquisition strategy
- Partner with leaders, hiring managers, and external recruiters to source and assess talent
- Elevate our candidate experience and ensure our employer reputation reflects the strength of our consumer brand
- Develop scalable hiring processes and reporting
- Team Leadership
- Manage and develop team members
- Build sustainable, high-quality talent infrastructure for a growing organization
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or People Strategy roles
- Deep, hands-on experience designing and implementing L&D programs and talent systems (required)
- Experience leading or supporting Talent Acquisition is a plus
- Proven experience building scalable programs in a growing company environment
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing
- Strong presence and ability to influence leaders across functions
