What You'll Own

• Design and lead a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned to business priorities
• Build scalable onboarding, leadership development, and manager capability programs
• Advance our existing competency frameworks and enable career progression
• Own and optimize learning and talent systems (LMS, performance platforms, engagement tools)
• Culture & Employee Experience
• Lead engagement survey strategy, insights, and action planning
• Translate employee feedback into measurable improvements
• Strengthen a culture rooted in agility, ambition, collaboration, innovation, trust, and respect
• Talent Acquisition
• Own and evolve Spindrift's Talent Acquisition strategy
• Partner with leaders, hiring managers, and external recruiters to source and assess talent
• Elevate our candidate experience and ensure our employer reputation reflects the strength of our consumer brand
• Develop scalable hiring processes and reporting
• Team Leadership
• Manage and develop team members
• Build sustainable, high-quality talent infrastructure for a growing organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or People Strategy roles
• Deep, hands-on experience designing and implementing L&D programs and talent systems (required)
• Experience leading or supporting Talent Acquisition is a plus
• Proven experience building scalable programs in a growing company environment
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing
• Strong presence and ability to influence leaders across functions
• High integrity, high standards, and energized by building
