  • Lead recruiting efforts across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, field service, technical, and corporate functions.

  • Build proactive pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill technical and operational roles.

  • Personally source, engage, assess, and help close key hires across multiple functions and levels.

  • Support production line build-outs, manufacturing expansion initiatives, and operational scaling efforts.

  • Drive operational discipline, execution cadence, and performance accountability across the organization.

  • Strengthen recruiting workflows, ATS utilization, reporting, and hiring process consistency.

  • Establish recruiting metrics and dashboards tied to time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring performance.

  • Ensure recruiting processes support strong candidate experience and hiring manager alignment.

  • Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to align recruiting priorities with business objectives.

  • Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, compensation insights, and workforce planning support.

  • Help establish scalable hiring practices and organizational processes capable of supporting long-term growth.

  • Support development of employer branding and recruiting outreach strategies aligned with the company’s growth trajectory and technical environment.

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve visibility within engineering, manufacturing, and industrial technology talent markets.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience within manufacturing, industrial technology, energy, infrastructure, aerospace, automotive-adjacent, or other technically complex environments.

  • Demonstrated success supporting organizational scale-up, manufacturing growth, or operational expansion during periods of rapid growth.

  • Strong experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and skilled-trades talent.

  • Experience supporting both strategic recruiting initiatives and hands-on full-cycle recruiting execution.

  • Prior experience building recruiting infrastructure, processes, reporting, or talent acquisition functions preferred.

  • Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, recruiting workflows, and sourcing technologies.

  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, operational reporting, and workforce planning support.

  • Able to operate effectively across both high-volume hiring and specialized technical recruiting environments.

  • Hands-on, execution-oriented recruiting leader comfortable operating in fast-growing environments.

  • Strong communicator and business partner capable of building credibility with executive leadership and hiring managers.

  • Able to balance strategic talent planning with direct recruiting execution.

  • Resourceful, organized, and capable of building process and structure during periods of rapid growth.
