What You’ll Do
Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities across the organization
Develop and execute supply chain strategies focused on cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk reduction
Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms
Oversee procurement and accounts payable functions to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive corrective or improvement initiatives as needed
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across supply chain operations
Proactively assess and mitigate supply chain risks to support business continuity
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and other internal teams
Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment
Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
Strong background in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
Experience working within ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of ISO/QMS standards and manufacturing compliance practices preferred
