Director of Supplement Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve defined revenue targets across all supplement sales channels.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth through disciplined sales execution.
  • Expand national, regional, natural products, and independent retail distribution.
  • Develop new accounts while strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Build, lead, and optimize broker and distributor partnerships.
  • Prioritize the highest-value sales opportunities and execute rapidly.
  • Monitor forecasts, pipeline health, sales reporting, and overall commercial performance.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Leadership experience selling consumer packaged goods within supplements, nutraceuticals, food & beverage, or consumer health.
  • Proven success driving revenue through retail, wholesale, and/or direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Experience managing broker networks and distributor relationships.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets with measurable business results.
  • Strong understanding of retail economics, pricing, margins, and channel strategy.
  • Identifies as a sales leader first, with a passion for revenue generation and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supplement or nutraceutical industry experience.
  • Existing relationships with major natural product, specialty, regional, or national retailers.
  • Experience scaling brands through broker-led distribution.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or direct-to-consumer supplement businesses.
  • National or multi-region sales leadership experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: Base + Commission

Location/Schedule: Remote or On-site, Full-Time
