About the role

The Archdiocese of Chicago seeks a Director of Student Support for the 2026–2027 school year at St. Barnabas School.

Responsibilities

• Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of all learners through targeted interventions.
• Partner with teachers to implement effective accommodations and instructional strategies.
• Work closely with families throughout the IEP and 504 evaluation process.
• Serve as a resource for students, families, and faculty.
• Help ensure a smooth transition to high school.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with experience in Special Education and IEPS.

Benefits

• Annualized salary range of $45,000.00 - $55,000.00.

Pay

• An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
