What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership for one of the most important departments within our organization, ensuring every youth receives exceptional care from admission through successful transition.
  • Lead the vision, operations, and performance of Student Services while inspiring multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Build, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing leaders and staff while cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing standards, accreditation requirements, agency policies, and regulatory expectations.
  • Manage departmental staffing plans, operational resources, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with placing agencies, licensing representatives, community stakeholders, and families to ensure exceptional service and successful student outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Minimum five years of leadership experience in residential treatment, juvenile justice, behavioral health, education, or human services
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based programming, student services, and regulatory compliance
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Experience

  • Residential treatment or juvenile justice leadership
  • Behavioral health or clinical program oversight
  • Licensing, accreditation, and quality assurance
  • Organizational development and staff coaching

Work Life Balance

This full-time leadership position typically follows a five-day-on, two-day-off schedule, with flexibility to meet the needs of the program. Evening and weekend availability may occasionally be required.
