About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive strategic partnership growth across the healthcare ecosystem, with a strong focus on building and expanding relationships that support business objectives. The position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align partner needs, market insights, and growth priorities in a highly regulated environment. It is well suited for a relationship-oriented leader who can translate complex healthcare workflows and requirements into actionable partnership strategies. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth strategy or account management in healthcare or B2B2C marketplaces
• Proven success in achieving aggressive revenue or growth targets
• Experience managing executive-level relationships with health systems or payers
• Strong external, customer-facing communication skills
• Deep understanding of member user journeys and health system workflows
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
