About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and create new revenue opportunities. This role owns the partnership strategy from identifying opportunities through negotiation, execution, and long-term management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cross-industry partnerships across consumer brands, retail, media, entertainment, digital platforms, and cultural communities.
  • Sources partnership opportunities and structures mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Leads co-marketing initiatives and delivers measurable business results.
  • Partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Product, and Content teams.
  • Buys and builds strong executive-level relationships with external partners.
  • Led the partnerships function, establishes best practices, and develops a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Alliances, or Co-Marketing.
  • Proven success developing and executing cross-industry partnerships.
  • Experience with consumer brands, CPG, retail, media, or digital platforms preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and executive communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with Korean brands and K-culture is a plus.
