Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees security, risk management, and valet operations to ensure a seamless, safe, and secure guest experience across the property.
• Develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
• Leads Risk Management team in identifying operational and financial risks, managing general liability claims, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies to protect property assets.
• Maximizes service efficiency, claims control, and safety protocols within the valet department, ensuring rapid response times and high service standards.
• Ensures all operations strictly adhere to corporate safety initiatives, local and federal safety laws, and internal control standards.
• Serves as liaison with gaming regulators, public law enforcement, fire and other agencies as it relates to security by maintaining a positive and constructive relationship.
• Examines and analyzes the physical property, processes and procedures and develop, institute, oversee and enforce emergency policies.
• Compiles information, complete and submit reports to authorized management or Accounting as required.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent; or five to seven year of casino Security, military, or police experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Able to operate a manual and automatic transmission automobile.
• Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Able to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
