About the role

Apple Montessori Schools is a network of schools dedicated to nurturing both students and educators. As a Director of School – Early Childhood Education, you will guide the daily operations, support the professional growth of your team, and build strong, collaborative relationships with families.

Requirements

- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree required, in Education or in another field with Education-related courses. - Management experience required. - Must complete Montessori Certification within the first year of employment. - CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask in a school setting. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Computer literacy in Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications. - Procare, Paylocity, Monday.com experience a plus.

Pay

Final compensation is determined based on a combination of factors including years of experience, relevant certifications, and the size and/or geographic location of the school.

Schedule

Office based, requires full range of body motion including bending, sitting, and standing. May require working under stressful conditions and requires flexibility in response to staffing needs. Must be regularly available and willing to work at least required hours per day and weekends as requested. Perform duties onsite unless otherwise indicated and approved.
