What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the scheduling function across BHW
- Develop and maintain efficient scheduling processes, workflows, and systems
- Ensure client schedules are appropriately staffed and aligned with clinical needs
- Monitor scheduling capacity, utilization, cancellations, gaps, and coverage
- Identify scheduling trends and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Partner with Clinical and Operations leadership to anticipate staffing and scheduling needs
- Establish scheduling standards, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Analyze scheduling data and provide leadership with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce scheduling gaps, and maximize service hours
- Oversee and coach scheduling team members, providing direction, accountability, and support
- Troubleshoot complex scheduling issues and escalate concerns appropriately
- Create and maintain SOPs and best practices for scheduling operations
- Ensure scheduling practices are consistent, accurate, and aligned with company policies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, operations, or a related field
- Experience managing or leading a scheduling team
- Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working with scheduling software, databases, and other operational systems
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or another service-based environment strongly preferred
