Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual occupancy goals
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through various channels including referral networks, community outreach, and digital marketing
- Accurately complete and execute contractual documentation
- Conduct professional tours of the community for prospective residents and their families
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in CRM system
- Complete market analysis annually
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all admission documentation - including coordination with the resident, responsible party, family member, or designated power of attorney.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study such as business or marketing
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in senior living or healthcare preferred
- Required Qualifications: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing occupancy, Strong understanding of senior living industry regulations and best practices, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
