Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Sales Administration team supporting the sales organization.
Develop and improve onboarding programs for new sales hires.
Create and maintain sales training materials, playbooks, and process documentation.
Reinforce CRM standards, pipeline management practices, and sales workflow consistency.
Support coaching initiatives alongside Sales Leadership to improve execution and accountability.
Train sales teams on internal tools, workflows, systems, and operational best practices.
Help improve proposal preparation, documentation processes, and sales support workflows.
Monitor CRM usage, pipeline visibility, reporting accuracy, and process adoption across the sales organization.
Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements.
Coverage with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to improve communication and workflow alignment.
Support internal reporting and sales process visibility for leadership.
Aid in sales readiness initiatives, training refreshers, and ongoing process education.
Support organizational scalability through operational structure, consistency, and accountability.

Requirements

A strong trainer, coach, and operational leader who enjoys helping sales teams improve execution.
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and accountability.
Comfortable leading support and coordination teams in a fast-paced environment.
A practical communicator who works well across departments and leadership levels.
Skilled at creating structure, improving workflows, and reinforcing consistency.
Comfortable training and mentoring both new and experienced sales team members.
Motivated by operational improvement, scalability, and team enablement.
Able to balance support, coaching, accountability, and process enforcement effectively.
