About the role
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify training needs and develop relevant training materials.
- Design and deliver training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform training content.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and delivery of sales enablement programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies.
Qualifications
