Responsibilities
- Arrange for new sales talent recruitment.
- Coach and train all sales professionals, ensuring they meet their goals.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge about mortgage financing, neighborhood details, schools, and all homeownership concerns.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, participate in trainings, and attend PLACE Leadership Development programs.
- Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement relevant systems.
- Grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and client consultation.
- Maintain and develop existing campaigns, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure sales professionals utilize database capabilities and leads effectively.
Qualifications
- Natural leader with a proven track record in real estate sales.
- Possesses excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Able to build and lead a high-performing team.
- Currently holds a real estate license, with 5+ years of industry experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
