About the role
The Director of Sales is responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales environments.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
