Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage recruitment efforts for the sales team.
- Provide guidance and training to all sales personnel, ensuring they meet their objectives.
- Stay updated on mortgage financing, neighborhood details, school information, and all aspects of homeownership.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, participate in weekly trainings, and attend PLACE Leadership Development programs.
- Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement relevant systems.
- Expand and refine existing client relationships while initiating new ones.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure sales professionals effectively utilize database capabilities and leads.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
- Exceptional ability to coach and mentor others towards achieving their goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
- Outstanding organizational abilities.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience in accountability-based leadership.
- Leadership experience, especially in a supervisory capacity.
- Real estate license with 5+ years of industry experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
