Director of Sales

About the role

The Director of Sales plays a crucial role in improving the lives of seniors by interacting with them, their families, and other influencers to promote the benefits of Provincial Senior Living communities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers to explore new living options.
• Conduct community tours and host various prospect and professional events to build occupancy in the community.
• Create a Business Development plan to educate professionals about the community and the services provided for seniors.
• Be responsible for meeting the Move In goals of the community to grow occupancy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare sales.
• A compassionate attitude with a strong interest in working with seniors.
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
• An expert at discovering a prospect's sales motivation and needs.
• A quick, strategic thinker with the ability to understand and overcome objections.
• The ability to close sales in person and over the phone.
• A self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
• To project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads, and sales activities.
