Responsibilities
- Arrange for the recruitment of new sales talent.
- Master the intricacies of mortgage financing, neighborhood insights, school data, and all aspects of homeownership.
- Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, participate in regular trainings, and engage in the PLACE Leadership Development program.
- Be proficient in PLACE Technology and contribute to the PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting process.
- Continuously enhance your real estate sales expertise through prospecting and client engagement.
- Maintain and expand your client base by overseeing contract negotiations.
- Utilize the database capabilities and leads effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
- Passionate about coaching and mentoring others to achieve their goals.
- Ability to attract and retain talent in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership qualities and accountability-driven approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and learning abilities.
- Experience leading a team and managing multiple projects.
- Valid real estate license.
- At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Preferred 3 years of leadership experience.
Pay
$175,000 - $250,000 USD annually.
Schedule
This is a commission-based position.
