About the role
Become a key member of Phoenix Tailings' leadership team. Drive business development initiatives and government affairs strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow the company's market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including government officials and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach efforts.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote its products and services.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Experience in government relations and public policy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
