Job Summary
You bring high-energy, customer-centric focus and drive/hunger to the total sales efforts of the hotel. Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room, food & beverage, and catering/banquet revenues.
- Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans.
- Work in partnership with Regional Sales, Revenue and Operation teams forecasting & budgeting revenue and expenses.
- Lead and partner with operational departments relating to all sales outcomes.
- Champion brand and company reputation, cultivating relationships with local community groups, companies, entertain and/or travel to events to generate business.
- Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, inside sales, and/or new conversations to spark new leads.
- Closer! Negotiate, flex, adopt, maximize, optimize to close business.
Qualifications
- Experience with direct client relationships (B2B and/or B2C).
- Accustomed to meeting and exceeding sales and/or revenue goals.
- Have a creative, innovative, and outside-the-box sales mindset.
- 3+ years hotel sales within major brands, proven sales leadership experience.
- Ability to learn systems technology.
- Displays a magnitude of professionalism, being your best-self.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must.
- Systems proficiency: Delphi FDC, Profit Sword and Hospitality (Brand) Systems.
