Director of Sales Job Details
- Hours: Monday-Friday
- Pay: $85,000-$90,000 Plus commission plan

Director of Sales Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy growth through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional referral sources.
- Conduct tours with prospective residents, showcasing the community and its services to effectively close sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the executive team on pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly and accurately.
- Report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Director of Sales Qualifications
