The Role
Flowhub has built a platform trusted by over 1,000 dispensaries and is poised to drive significant revenue growth. The Director of Sales leads the Account Executives and Market Partners, focusing on performance, development, and cross-functional execution.
- Team Performance and Development:
- Coach Account Executives and Market Partners against quota, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and forecasting accuracy.
- Run 1:1s and deal reviews to lift win rates and shorten cycle time.
- Develop Olivia and the front line into future leaders.
- Pipeline, Forecasting, and the Number:
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline quality, ensuring genuine vs. wishful.
- Hold reps accountable for outbound generation, not just inbound.
- Inspect pipeline regularly to act before a quarter slips.
- The Plays:
- Build and implement playbooks, objection-handling frameworks, and sales motions.
- Own onboarding and ramp to ensure new hires are productive quickly.
- Cross-Functional Execution:
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing on attribution, campaign performance, and funnel efficiency.
- Spot gaps and close them without waiting for direction.
- Field Presence:
- Get into territory at least once a month to represent Flowhub at regional trade shows, run live demos, and visit dispensaries.
- Bench Building:
- Partner with the People Team to recruit, interview, and hire top talent.
What You'll Own
You'll own the end-to-end performance of the sales floor, including coaching, forecasting, driving the team, and building the bench.
Background
- A B2B SaaS or payments sales background with at least 2 years of team management experience.
- Tight pipeline management, disciplined 1:1s, and systems that keep data honest.
- Strong coaching instincts, developing reps into performers.
- A data-driven approach to the funnel, using conversion, coverage, and cycle time to change behavior.
- Comfortable in Salesforce and modern sales-engagement tools.

- Stage 2 (People Team Connect): 30-minute call with Denisse Flack.
- Stage 3 (Leadership Connect): 45-minute call with Will Zinsmeister and Royce Luque.
- Stage 4 (Final Connect, On-Site): Visit to the Coconut Grove HQ for a panel with sales leadership and a feel for the floor.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $110K to $130K base and $220K to $240K OTE, with calibrated base and variable pay based on experience.

- Time Off: Unlimited PTO and paid holidays.
- Where You'll Work: On-site at the Coconut Grove HQ in Miami, five days a week, with regular travel.
