Director of Sales
The Role
You’ll own:
- Sales strategy and execution across the region
- Revenue growth and performance metrics
- Leadership, coaching, and development of the sales team
- New account development
- Alignment of sales initiatives with company vision and values
- Proven success leading high-performing B2B sales teams
- Strong track record of driving consistent revenue growth
- Strategic thinker who can translate vision into execution
- Hands-on leader who coaches, not just directs
- Experience with service-based or facility-related industries (preferred)
- Data-driven mindset with comfort owning KPIs and forecasts
- High emotional intelligence – you lead people as well as numbers
