Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the ticketing sales strategy across season memberships, group sales, premium and hospitality, and single-match sales, in partnership with the VP of Sales.
- Lead the ticketing function day to day, setting priorities, standards, and a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing ticket sales team as the Club scales.
- Lead from the front. Personally build a pipeline and close high-value accounts and key relationships.
- Set and manage sales targets, pipelines, forecasts, and reporting, holding the team accountable to clear metrics.
- Build the ticketing playbook from the ground up: sales processes, scripts, cadences, and CRM workflows.
- Partner closely with marketing, CRM, and revenue operations to drive fan acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Develop relationships with groups, corporate partners, schools, youth soccer organizations, and the broader community to grow the fan base.
- Continuously analyze performance and the market to optimize pricing, inventory, and sales strategy.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of ticket sales or sports sales experience, including direct team leadership and a track record of building and scaling sales operations.
- Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
- Experience building a function from the ground up or operating in a start-up or expansion environment.
- A true player-coach, equally comfortable setting strategy and personally closing deals.
- Proficiency with CRM and ticketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Ticketmaster/Archtics, SeatGeek, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for women’s sports, soccer, and growing the game in Boston is a strong plus.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as the schedule requires.

Pay Range
The Pay Range For This Role Is 95,000 - 105,000 USD per year(Boston Office)
