Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals
- Drive group, corporate, and negotiated business to the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and grow key accounts, including corporate, SMERF, and local partnerships
- Conduct outside sales calls, site tours, and client presentations
- Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM activity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Hilton systems and brand standards preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Delphi, OnQ, or similar hotel sales systems is a plus
