Director of Sales

Brief Description

The Director of Sales for the Southeast Region, reporting to the Vice President of Sales, will manage all outside and inside salespeople within the designated region, meet or exceed business development goals, manage and maintain business development pipeline, ensure strategic business reviews for all strategic accounts in the region, analyze sales trends and external market influences, hold performance meetings with the region's sales group, coach, mentor, and support regional sales group, visit customers to protect and grow existing business, ensure consistent process and expectations throughout the region's sales group, and perform other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience Requirements

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Work Experience Requirement: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Experience Requirement: Must have experience with Tooling and VMI programs, Manufacturing accounts, and experience using Microsoft Office suite of products at an intermediate level.

Salary

$120,000+
