About the Role
The AC Hotel Savannah Historic District is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, North Point Hospitality Group, Inc. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. and its subsidiary companies (collectively, “Marriott”). The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, termination, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives
Cultivate key client relationships
Grow market share
Drive top-line revenue performance across the properties
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the sales team
Collaborate closely with hotel leadership to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results
Requirements
