What You'll Do

  • Drive Sales & Occupancy Growth
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including inquiries, tours, follow-ups, home visits, and move-in coordination.
  • Track leads, conversions, and pipeline trends to ensure a strong and sustainable occupancy plan.
  • Build Strong Relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for prospective residents and families—understanding their needs and guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, case managers, senior centers, and other referral sources.
  • Participate in community outreach, networking events, and professional organizations to elevate our brand.
  • Lead Community Marketing Efforts
  • Plan and host community events, open houses, and outreach activities to promote engagement and generate new leads.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and corporate Marketing team on digital campaigns, printed materials, and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain an active presence on social media channels, ensuring content reflects our mission, values, and vibrancy.
  • Partner Across Departments
  • Work closely with nursing, life enrichment, and operations teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience.
  • Participate in care plan discussions, team huddles, and resident engagement activities to remain connected to community life.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to leadership regarding occupancy, trends, and census needs.
  • Create Exceptional Customer Experiences
  • Ensure every prospective resident and family member feels heard, supported, and valued throughout their journey.
  • Promote a culture of hospitality, responsiveness, and proactive communication.
  • Support initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and long-term retention.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Education & Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or relationship-based sales strongly preferred.
  • Sales & Leadership Experience
  • Proven success in sales roles with measurable results (occupancy, revenue, or pipeline growth).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with families, residents, and referral partners.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Yardi, Sherpa, Enquire) or ability to learn quickly.
  • Powerful interpersonal and communication abilities—both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
