Step into a role where your strategic vision and passion for growth can truly shine. As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth, leading proactive sales efforts to bring in new business and strengthen relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and solicit new corporate business to drive revenue for the hotel.
  • Make sales appointments and cold calls to consistently identify and close new accounts across all direct sales segments.
  • Host clients for site visits, personalized tours, and exclusive entertainment events to demonstrate the value of our properties.
  • Maintain and analyze data from top accounts to adjust strategies and maximize hotel performance.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to create and implement sales strategies that optimize hotel yield.
  • Lead and participate in daily and weekly sales meetings to ensure alignment and success across all initiatives.
  • Implement special promotions and participate in sales blitzes to boost direct sales efforts.
  • Ensure all interactions with guests and colleagues are conducted in an attentive, friendly, and service-oriented manner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on hotel sales and leadership experience.
  • Director-level experience is preferred.
  • Proven success in outside sales with a strong ability to generate new business.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is a plus.
  • Must be proficient with Windows operating systems and sales software.
  • Must have valid driver’s license for applicable state and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
