We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content: Primary Purpose (maybe About the role). Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Minimal Qualifications (Qualifications). Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (Skills). Compensation (Pay). Physical Requirements and Working Conditions (maybe Schedule? Not schedule; maybe Benefits? Not present. No explicit Benefits. No Schedule. So we include only sections with real content: About the role (Primary Purpose), Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities), Qualifications (Minimal Qualifications), Skills (Knowledge / Skills / Abilities), Pay (Compensation). Possibly also Preferred Job Requirements? That's extra qualifications; could be part of Qualifications or separate? The instruction: include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have Preferred Job Requirements (additional). Could merge into Qualifications or maybe a separate Requirements section? There's a "Requirements" heading possible. The posting includes Minimal Qualifications and Preferred Job Requirements. We could treat "Requirements" as a section containing both minimal and preferred? But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could create a "Requirements" section with subpoints? However we must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list items. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the role

Primary Purpose The Director of Safety & Risk Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the Company's safety, risk management, loss prevention, insurance, claims, and regulatory compliance programs. Coordinate with Finance and other internal departments to gather and provide documentation required for annual workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile insurance audits. Compile and validate audit documentation, including annual and quarterly payroll reports by division, applicable tax reporting forms, loss runs, and other requested financial and insurance records. Track and report OCIP/CCIP payroll by project and month and provide supporting documentation as required for insurance and project-specific audits. Maintain and provide subcontractor listings, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and related documentation required for insurance audits and risk management purposes. Coordinate with insurance brokers, carriers, auditors, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations to address audit questions, discrepancies, and requests for additional documentation.

    • Certification / License: Certified Safety Professional (CSP); Associate in risk management (ARM); Certified Risk Manager (CRM); Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST); Certified Director of Safety (CDS).
    • Work Experience: 8+ years of progressive safety, risk management, insurance, or compliance experience; 5+ years of leadership experience; Experience managing insurance programs, claims, and workers' compensation; Experience in commercial construction or industrial construction.
We also have Preferred Job Requirements; could be added under Qualifications as additional bullet or separate section "Preferred Qualifications". But we only have headings list; we could add another

    Preferred Qualifications

but not in allowed list? The allowed headings list includes Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. It didn't list Preferred Qualifications. But we could incorporate into Qualifications or Requirements. Since we already used Qualifications for minimal, we could add a separate "Requirements" section for preferred? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use Requirements heading. So we can put Preferred Job Requirements under Requirements. Thus:

    Requirements

    • Certification / License: Certified Safety Professional (CSP); Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST); Associate in risk management (ARM); Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST); OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
    • Work Experience: 2+ Years Commercial Construction (Safety Professional Role); 5+ Years General Construction (Safety Professional Role); 10+ years of progressive safety, risk management, insurance, or compliance experience; 7+ years of leadership experience; Experience in data center construction.
    • Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Strong understanding of construction contracts, contractual risk transfer, insurance requirements, certificates of insurance, and OCIP/CCIP programs; Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple project sites and company locations nationwide to support safety, risk management, compliance, and operational needs; Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards; Ability to perform risk assessments and hazard analyses; Strong investigation and root-cause analysis skills; Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and safety reporting software; Ability to work collaboratively with field and executive teams; Strong organizational and decision-making skills; Experience with Procore safety and reporting tools.
But note that Knowledge / Skills / Abilities also appears earlier as Skills section. We have duplication. The posting includes Knowledge / Skills / Abilities under Minimal Qualifications and also under Preferred Job Requirements. We should combine? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include both sets. Could create a Skills section that merges both? But we need to avoid duplication? The instruction says do not repeat duplicated lines. There's duplication of some items? The minimal qualifications includes Knowledge / Skills / Abilities list: Strong understanding of construction contracts..., Ability and willingness to travel..., Strong knowledge of OSHA..., Ability to perform risk assessments..., Strong investigation..., Excellent leadership..., Proficiency with Microsoft Office..., Ability to work collaboratively..., Strong organizational..., Experience with Procore safety and reporting tools. Preferred Job Requirements includes similar but adds: 10+ years experience, 7+ years leadership, Experience in data center construction, plus certifications etc. So we should not duplicate the overlapping skill statements. We could combine them into a single Skills section that includes all unique items. But we need to preserve all info; merging is okay as long as we don't lose any. We'll produce a Skills section with bullet list of unique items. Thus we will have:

    Skills

    • Strong understanding of construction contracts, contractual risk transfer, insurance requirements, certificates of insurance, and OCIP/CCIP programs.
    • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple project sites and company locations nationwide to support safety, risk management, compliance, and operational needs.
    • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
    • Ability to perform risk assessments and hazard analyses.
    • Strong investigation and root-cause analysis skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and safety reporting software.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with field and executive teams.
    • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
    • Experience with Procore safety and reporting tools.
    • Experience in data center construction.
    Now Pay section:

    Pay

The annual salary for this role is $130,000.00 - $195,000.00. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.

Schedule: Not present, so omit. Benefits: Not present, omit. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Physical Requirements and Working Conditions". That's not in allowed headings; we could maybe put under a section? Not required. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Physical Requirements is real content but not in allowed headings list. Should we include it? The allowed headings list is examples, not exhaustive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the expected headings; we could still add other
