About the Role
The Director of Revenue Management will lead LivCor’s revenue management strategy and execution, from pre-acquisition through optimization to disposition. This role serves as the central pricing authority, manages the Revenue Management System, and collaborates with the executive team to set revenue strategy, review performance, and ensure compliance. The position also involves project management, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management and process improvement initiatives related to revenue management.
- Develop, define, and execute LivCor’s revenue management strategy, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the VP, Revenue & Performance.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for revenue management, identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.
- Document current business processes and design new ones as needed.
- Develop and execute detailed project implementation plans, including system setup, training, and oversight.
- Support the development of key metric reporting and execution.
- Establish and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Prepare agendas and facilitate internal and external meetings.
- Monitor and analyze data trends to identify revenue opportunities.
- Assist in preparing annual operations budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Evaluate and test new Revenue Management System functionality, adjusting configurations as necessary.
- Assess new vendor system features and functionality.
- Create and maintain internal data sources and oversee process compliance.
- Develop ad hoc reporting and perform operational data mining and analysis.
- Provide regular status reporting and conduct troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and coach direct reports, including performance management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of in-depth experience with revenue management tools, systems, and concepts.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, project management, revenue management, and/or operations.
- Experience managing a team.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to supervise, collaborate, organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to make confident business decisions under tight deadlines.
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge, with an ability to understand complex economic modeling theories and systems.
- Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Multi-family operating system experience (e.g., Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
- Ability to adapt to change and work well in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed.
- Openness to occasional travel (up to once per month).

Pay
Base Compensation Range: $184,000 - $200,000 annually. The actual base compensation may vary based on factors such as location and experience. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
