Responsibilities
- Manage patient activation from onboarding to medication delivery
- Optimize automated onboarding communications through various channels
- Identify and fix issues within the activation funnel using data analysis
- Collaborate across teams to ensure timely medication delivery
- Develop dashboards to track activation and retention metrics
- Conduct audits to identify patient drop-off and revenue impact
- Create and execute retention programs across multiple channels
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably in D2C or consumer healthcare
- Strong grasp of key lifecycle metrics such as activation rates and churn rates
- Solid analytical abilities using SQL or BI tools such as Looker or Amplitude
- Track record of conducting A/B tests and utilizing results for strategic planning
- Effective collaborator with both technical and non-technical teams
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting performance data clearly
Pay
$130,000 – $155,000 annually
