The Director of Residential Services oversees all residential programs and services, ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet client needs. This includes managing staff, developing policies, and coordinating with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential programs
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Manage staff and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Coordinate with external partners to enhance service delivery
• Ensure program quality and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., social work, psychology)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential care management
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
