Director of Resident Engagement

Responsibilities

• Completes the Personal Well-Being Profile and meets with all new residents within 7 days of move-in to determine requested programs and orientations.
• Fulfills the community activity program schedule with minimal changes and cancellations.
• Arranges entertainment within budgetary limits for resident enjoyment.
• Promotes community programs to enhance resident participation.
• Complies with spending budget on activity supplies and entertainment.
• Participates in quarterly events for marketing purposes, including planning, advertising, set-up, and clean-up.
• Schedules and organizes resident outings on the monthly calendar, including site-seeing trips, destination locations, and medical trips.
• Organizes transportation for activity outings and medical visits with the assisted living community.
• Fosters teamwork with co-workers, demonstrates initiative in overcoming obstacles, and takes actions that positively impact co-workers, residents, and visitors.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
