Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM at DeKalb County Nursing Home in DeKalb, IL! As the Director of Rehab , you will be responsible for leading and managing our rehabilitation department, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals in need of rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community
- Act as a trusted partner for the client and community
- Maintain expected productivity standards
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for therapists (PT, PTA, COTA, OT, SLP)
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license
