Director of Rehab - Full Time

About the Role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage therapy staff performance.
• Develop and implement therapy programs and clinical protocols.
• Evaluate patient care and coordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation services.
• Oversee productivity tracking, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor clinicians and collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Active Wisconsin state license required to start.
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Experience with patient evaluation, care planning, and coordination of services.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
