Rehab Director

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Therapy Department to ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop therapy staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized resident care across short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings.
• Provide direct patient care while overseeing departmental operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity standards.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and documentation accuracy.
• Advocate for residents to maximize functional independence and quality of life.

Requirements

• Licensed OTR or PT in Wisconsin.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy, with a bachelor's or associate degree.
• Active state license required to start.
