We are a premier short- and long-term care facility located in, CT. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Director of Recreation to join our dedicated team!

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid TRD (Therapeutic Recreation Director) Certification
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive and inclusive environment
