About the role
The role involves developing cutting-edge software solutions for geospatial applications. Candidates should have a strong background in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and experience with GIS technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software components for geospatial data processing and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Contribute to the testing and debugging of software
- Document code and contribute to project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development
- Experience with GIS software and tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
Qualifications
- Knowledge of geospatial databases and data models
- Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
